Huangshan Heiner Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Weigeshi Pump Industry Co., Ltd. have an inheritance and upgrading relationship. Their core technologies and business networks are closely connected.

Weigeshi Pump Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. It is one of China’s early enterprises focusing on twin-screw pumps. It became a high-tech enterprise in 2021.

Its independently developed high-pressure, large-flow twin-screw pump skid systems won market recognition. This laid a solid foundation of mature manufacturing processes and industry resources for later development.

In 2022, Huangshan Heiner Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially established. It built on Weigeshi’s technological accumulation and market experience.

The company has upgraded from “single-product manufacturing” to “intelligent solution services”.

1. Weigeshi Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (Former Entity)

It focuses on R&D and manufacturing of twin-screw pumps. Its core business centers on highly adaptable twin-screw pump products.

It mainly produces high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-viscosity twin-screw pumps. It also makes supporting pump skid systems. Its technical level leads the domestic industry.

Its products target scenarios like oilfield multiphase transportation. They also fit chemical viscous medium and food-grade sanitary transportation. It ensures reliability via precision manufacturing and full-process quality checks.

2. Huangshan Heiner Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Current Entity)

It inherits the former entity’s business. Now it acts as an intelligent twin-screw pump and system solution provider. Its business scope includes:

• Core product manufacturing: R&D, production and sales of pumps, vacuum equipment, and oil drilling & production equipment (including deep-sea drilling gear). It can customize twin-screw pumps and modular pump skid systems. These fit different media (viscosity: 1~100,000 cSt; solid content: ≤5%).
• Intelligent service integration: New businesses include R&D of intelligent control systems. It also offers remote operation and maintenance services. It provides IoT-based solutions (monitoring, fault early warning, automatic condition adjustment). These fit special environments like unattended operation and explosion protection.
• Full-chain technical support: It covers technology development, consultation and transfer. It also repairs general and special equipment. It engages in goods import and export.
• Industry coverage: It serves petroleum, chemical, food, and environmental protection industries. It provides integrated services—from product customization to full-life-cycle optimization.
