Four HWMPS50 twin-screw multiphase pump skids are made for 41 oil wells in Xinjiang Oilfield. This includes 9 reserved wells to be commissioned.

They fit local harsh conditions: high gas content, high water cut, and extreme low temperatures. They cover all needs—from condition adaptation to installation and maintenance. And they act as core equipment for efficient oil-gas transportation.

2. Condition Adaptation: Matching On-Site Requirements

2.1 Medium & Temperature Fit

Xinjiang Oilfield media include oil, gas, water and sand. The operating temperature is 30-50℃. The environment can drop to -35℃.

The pump skids are built to handle these tough conditions.

2.2 Flow & Pressure Performance

The 4-unit parallel design works well for on-site demands. Each unit has a rated liquid flow of 100 m³/h.

It handles current liquid needs (2480 t/d) and end-of-year needs (1650 t/d). It also adapts to maximum gas volume (≤25000 Nm³/d).

Even at 95% gas volume fraction (GVF), the pumps run stably. This solves high-gas transportation issues.

2.3 Pipeline Compatibility

3.1 Wear & Corrosion Resistance

The pump body is welded with 20# steel. It has a forced circulation return valve. It also has reserved anti-corrosion allowance.

Shaft and screw sleeve are made of integrally forged 42CrMo steel. Their surfaces get sand-resistant and anti-corrosion treatment.

Bushing is welded with 20# steel. Its inner hole has sand-resistant treatment. This fights sand-induced wear.

3.2 Safety & Brand Components

Bearings are from SKF/NSK. Seals are double mechanical seals with PLAN54 flushing.

The 75KW motor has DIIBT4 explosion-proof class. This ensures safety in flammable oilfield environments.
