The pump is fitted with a special internal – circulation valve. It cuts pressure peaks and slug – flow – induced vibrations for stable operation. Insensitive to viscosity changes, it stays efficient and controllable for high – viscosity heavy oil.
For heavy – sand oilfields, the screw shaft and bushing get super – hard treatment and special coating for wear resistance. In heavy – oil thermal recovery, it recycles high – temperature steam, promoting green extraction.
