Description

Working principle

The twin screw pump is a rotary positive displacement pump. It works by using two screws. These screws rotate along their axes to move materials efficiently.
Two non-contacting, intermeshing screws form sealed chambers with the pump housing. When the pump runs, these chambers carry materials steadily from the suction port to the discharge port.
Controlling the flow direction is easy. The pump’s unique design lets you reverse the shaft’s rotation. This simple step flips the material’s path.
This axial conveying keeps materials stable. There’s little pulsation during pumping. For shear-sensitive materials, this is a big plus. They face almost no extra stress. Their volume, appearance, and properties stay intact.
